Is there a way to replace Mr.G&w texture's?

Open BrawlBox and open your character selection screen file (sc_selcharacter.pac). Then open up the char_bust_tex_lz77. Go to Misc Data[17](Game and Watch's CSP file). Open up the textures Folder and there you go, G&W CSPs.

How to Replace CSP:

Find the CSP Portrait you want.
Save the Picture.
Go to the CSP you want to replace.
Right Click the File name of the CSP and Click Replace.
Go to where your New Portrait is and replace it.
