Shrink Common5?

I am working on a custom css hack that makes my common5.pac ALOT bigger(Also, by css I mean the portraits and stuff. I didn't re-organize it or anything) My menu common5 is 11.6 mb. This is also with all of the text changed to question marks. Before it was even bigger. All of the sss pictures have also been indexed to make the common5 smaller. Does anyone know of any other ways to make it smaller? If you can help you will be credited when the project is released

you could try scaling the textures to 1/2, but it would reduce quality. you could also try changing the format of the textures (right-click replace with the same thing, from there you can chose the format).  CMPR is smaller than some of the other ones like RBG5A3 or 565 or some other ones
