Having trouble with a pikachu hack.

I am having an issue with my pikachu vertex hack, and i need help. I get done with editing the polygon and when i put it in brawlbox, half of the model is messed up. I then go through the steps to double patch it, but wehn i do, it looks even worse. I am going to upload my 3ds file if someone can help, please pm me for it.
