English voices to Japanese voices?

All right, I've been looking for a way to change the voices (or all of Brawl, doesn't matter) from English to Japanese. I heard of Wii Scrubber, but can't get it to work, and I don't want to mess with any kind of burning. I don't have the right kind of tools for that.

Then I read you can use Riivolution to change the voices or something. Well, there aren't many tutorials for that, and the ones that were available weren't very explanatory.

I have Brawlbox v0.63d
I have Riivolution
I have the Japanese Brawl Sound File

Here's what I tried.

H: private/wii/RSBE/pf/sound/smashbros_sound.brsar

I still didn't get any kind of Japanese audio or anything related to Japanese. I'm kinda stupid when it comes to stuff like this, but I'm desperate!! Can anyone please help me?

If you're using the PAL version, don't expect it to work correctly as it has different positions for the sounds.

I knew I forgot to mention something! I have the NTSC version, and I know there's a way to change the voices because I've seen videos of it before. Can anyone please help me?
