How to copy characters to other characters

I have a question,
Lets say i want to copy charizard to ganondorf, is that possible?
If you want I can make a vid how it looks, but you can trie it yourself.
(go to a character and select preview, then load a motion.pac and look the animations, its really cool )

but plz can someone help me
