Can anyone tell me why this stage is freezing when I choose it at the SSS?

Marth's tunic bottom doesn't support transparency.

Okay, so one of my problems is solved....kinda.

Dang, is there no way to have it transparent? (other than vertexing it out, I can't vertex)
