Editing Dedede Pac file..

How do you edit the DeDeDe, Charizard, Ivysaur, and Squirtle Pac files?

I know it is possible because someone has made a Ridley PSA for charizard, and I believe King Jigglypuff made an enhanced DeDeDe. Did they use a different program to do this, and if so, what?

The program I used to edit King Dedede was PSAMod v1.3.

That's Smash Attacks 1.3, he/she needs PSAMod 1.3. I found the download for it though. http://opensa.dantarion.com/psamod/PSAMod.exe

Wow. It won't let me open up any files in it. It says "Index was outside the bounds of the array" and then "Could not open file."

Did you have this problem too, KingJigglypuff?
