PAL SFX hack tutorial?

Does anyone have a tutorial to hack PAL SSBB's SFX? I want to have Mewtwo and Waluigi sound packs...

There isnt one(not that I know of anyway) plus there is no waluigi voice pack but I am making one

There is no PAL tutorial.
It's all basically the same as NTSC-U.
You'll just have to try hell harder, as the offsets often differ.
As you may have noticed, I don't answer PMs with problems anymore.

Maybe...wouldn't it work with a NTSC backup?
