I'm just going to cut the crap and get to the point, rather than trying to find elaborate ways to fix this myself.

I want this CSS layout:
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FQ4fpNVIxGU&feature=related" target="_blank" class="aeva_link bbc_link new_win">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FQ4fpNVIxGU&feature=related</a>

--without the textures, and other aesthetic modifications.

If I had a blank sc_selcharacter_en.pac, what files would have to export from the sc_selcharacter_en.pac they are providing and then replace in to the blank one to achieve that layout?

So you're trying to salvage just the CSS icons and that's it?

Well, the CSS icons can be found in MiscData[70] > Textures(NW4R). Right click on MiscData[70] and export the entire thing to somewhere on your computer, then open up the blank selcharacter and replace its MiscData[70] with the one you just exported.

Never mind, it's solved. Came up with my own ghetto solution.
