Edit Backgorund

Hi,
after i got bored of just changing Stages and Character Costumes, i startet with this http://img33.imageshack.us/img33/7231/75474739.jpg
i planed to to edit some stuff like the title screen and the stages selection screen too.

But... i wasnt able to find out where the background located is.
(The white Background with something rotating in the middle)
I already looked in EVERY pac file, but there was nothing wich looked  like the background or even a little piece of it.
Would be nice if anyone could tell me wich pac file is responsible for the background in brawl =).

(I hope this was the right section 4 this)

so if i want a black instead the white background. The colors can only be changed like GaW colors were changed?
