If I can't use Photoshop, then would something else work with texture hacking and Windows '98?

    Keep note that you'll basically be screwed with the indexed textures without Photoshop.

    Keep note that you'll basically be screwed with the indexed textures without Photoshop.
    Very Very Very True.

    Before I got Photoshop, it was pretty much impossible to edit characters like Ike and Pit.

    I had a hard enough time trying to find Gimp for 98, but I guess I could try to download another version of photoshop that probably won't work...

    Before I got Photoshop, it was pretty much impossible to edit characters like Ike and Pit.

    If I recall, Pit only has one indexed texture, which is the eye high texture part.  Editing Ike's hair is optional too.  However, editing DK is practically impossible without Photoshop assistance.
