You need to modify your CSS in order to get the Alloy CSS icons to show. However, they will have the appearance of Mario, Zelda, Captain Falcon, and Kirby.

How do I modify my CSS, can I download one from here and what are the directories to put it in for it to work?

CSS/SSS which are sc_selcharacter.pac and sc_selmap.pac go in pf\menu2 if you use Gecko. If you use Riivolution, the common5.pac goes in brawlmods\textures\system.
