I believe it's located under mu_menumain as well
Open that up with BB, then open up the MenuMain_en section. Scroll ALL the way down till you hit the MiscData section. Open up MiscData[6], and check in there.
It contains all the character names, along with certain enemies, stages, and Kirby's Copy Abilities. That's probably what you'll be wanting to change. But, I could be wrong. I can't test it for myself now, so...
