Okay if ANYONE can resize the ItmDoseisanBrres in this common3_en.pac?

I have seemed to have tried everything. I used fortwaffles tool, resized with the model previewed, without, tried resizing through animations, everything. If someone could get it half the size it is now that would be amazing.
