Hmm what do i do next for this? ( Model file replacing )

I downloaded some files that are Brres its a naruto characters pack from this site and i am wonder how these work...
Question is i got everything ready so do i Export the model from the Brres file then replace it with like peach, link, mario, etc? and i know that i have to add some animations
Please please PLEASE someone answer this question i really will be happy  :happy:
