I've never messed with any of this sort of thing so take this with a huge grain of salt, but it seems like it would be MUCH easier for you to use the ripped Charmander model as a reference for a vertex mod of Charizard, that way you wouldn't have to mess with making animations from scratch and all of the headaches of importing models.
If you talk to BeyondYou or Pik they could probably help you make a one-slot size mod like the ones they used for Viewtiful Joe and Young Link and fom there it would probably just be a matter of getting rid of the wings (Gamewatching, iirc, got this done for his Charmeleon) modding the arms, shrinking the neck and modifying the face.
I'm sure it would still be a ton of work, but it seems like it would be MUCH easier and more successful that what you're attempting now.

Why would you all tell him to give up? Good hacks (of any kind) take time. It's not easy to make an import, true. Howevern you shouldn't quit just because the going gets tough.

Not Quit, were tryig to encourage him to try it a different way, animations are hard, he needs help but their is like nobody will help him =P |

i see what u are saying, but im actually looking forward to devoting my time into giveing him his own personality in the game far different from charizard
@Mr. Ludicolo- RIGHT?! wtf even when my animations look right in brawl box
they do not look great in game lol

I'm not suggesting that he quit at all, I'm suggesting a method that would not only be easier but most likely turn out a lot better. Plus I know I for one would not replace anyone but Charizard with Chamander and I'm sure a lot of other people feel the same. If you want to make him different from 'Zard (which I totally encourage) making him out of 'Zard and making a new PSA would be the best route imo. I think not making Charmander one of Poke Trainer's pokemon would be a mistake. |

thats great! and thanks for the import =P
and i think u just replace the animation with the new one
and i think the only reason the charmander over torchick worked was bcuz
it was a pokemon and its not located in the commen_3
charmander frezzes when put over any thing in that .pac
