I just added my 10th stage, but I'm unsure what to call it: 0A or 10. I tried 0A, but it froze the game before even going to Stage Selection.

It's a possiblity. The stage I'm trying to give a custom slot to goes over Green Greens. |

k that would probably be too big if its considerably larger then the rest. kind of busy atm but if u upload it i can try to fix it later |

If your stage should be originally under Final Destination, rel size should be 14.
If it is over a different stage, bigger rel is normal.

idk then a few stages i edited didn't port well. they froze when selected tho not a the menu.
