Need help with Custom CSS

I am using the Dark Flaming Blue CSS (http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=6201.0) and it is not working

I am using Riivolution
I replaced the common5_en with sc_selcharacter_en (internal files of course)
I'm using the correct GST (WITHOUT phantom's file code patch)
I am launching with brawl w/codes, and orcania turned on


I am absolutely willing to start from the beginning, if necessary
If you should have any questions, feel free to ask

I beleive only if it the post something useless on a dead thread.

What version are you using of the CSS cuz I beleive awhile ago somewhere while lurking the forums I read that the upright version doesn't work with riivo.
Coarse I don't know fersure though

If you're using Riivo, take off the "_en".

also, as a note, I was using X:/brawlmods/textures ect ect
