Model Import- Help please, at my wits end

Hey guys, I'm wanting to get into Brawl hacking, but I'm having a really hard time getting my foundation set up.

My plan is to do a E-102 Gamma over Samus. I am really wanting to do some nice animations in Brawlbox... but I can't figure out how to get it in there...  :srs:

Did you just edit the existing vertices on samus? Or did you add/remove some?
