Hey guys i have a problem with my skull kid in brawl i cant see any effects like no navi or tatl whatever his name is of that fairy no dark stuff when i do smash attacks b attacks are also messed up
and i cant even use my final smash

    That's because you don't have a FitToonLink.pac .  Whatever you've renamed it to, it's the wrong name.  It's still technically doing Toon Link's attacks, with Skull Kid's animations.

    i just dragged everything from the rar file into the toonlink folder
    do i have to rename 0.0

    you're supposed to have 1 Fittoonlink.pac file and all the other files that came with it

    If I remember right there are 2 .pac psa files in there and they need to be renamed.
