Strap Loaders

What do I do to get that freakin' Chao strap loader I found. (Where do I put it, what do I name it, everything I need to know)

put in pf>menu>strap>(strap loader).pac

Any one could have figured this out.

Strap**.pac

Replace ** with En or Fr (whatever language you are).

Thanks everybody, I now have something better to look at then that stupid "Make sure the strap is fastened tightly" thing.
