Hello, I would like to know how to rip a character from an iso, if it depends on what console the game originated, it is PSP.

As Kinkaku said, you can use the lamb plugin, but if I remember correctly it has many problems with many games, also if your purpouse is for smash hacking it won't be useful. Since the model rips from Lamb are not in T pose, are not MDL0 and lamb does not rip textures.

I was planning on ripping the character, and then using the many part tutorial on how to edit Lucario into Mewtwo, but with Zero Suit Samus into Erza from Fairy Tail Portable Guild, would this still be impossible?

Im not sure what tutorial you mean, but I think that even if you get to rip Erza you could only use her as a reference, as far as I know.
