Character Textures won't work!

Sup people.
I have a little problem...
I'm using USB Loader GX and Ocarina (My wii stopped reading CDs some months ago and because of that I gave my copy of Brawl to a friend and now I have all my games in a hard disc)
When I saw about this "Texture" thingies I absolutely loved it! I started working on how to put it.
However, It won't work.
I have a PAL version of Brawl.
I created a "codes" and "txtcodes" folder in the root of my Memory card and used the Code Manager, so I could get the codes. (Named both of the TXT file and the GTC file to RSBP01) After that I put the TXT file to "txtcodes" and the GTC file to "codes".

After that, I created went to this folder:
private/wii/app/RSB/
and created a pf and fighter folder, after that I created a folder both to Kirby and Peach.

private/wii/app/RSBP/pf/fighter/kirby
private/wii/app/RSBP/pf/fighter/peach

And used these two Brawl Textures:

After that I sucessfully removed my memory card and put it into my wii.
I launched my USB Loader GX, settings and ON to Ocarina. I searched my SSBB and settings, Ocarina ON and then Ocarina, checked all cheats minus the last one and Created. (When I went to see if they were on it still says it's OFF I don't know if this affects at all.)
Then I launched my SSBB game and both textures didn't work. Could it be because I'm using a PAL version of the game?

Oh and you might have renamed the files wrong, or you've tried the wrong costume ;P

And you're using a WAY outdated version of the code, back when it was still called "File Replacement Code" and required addiitonal codes.
