could someone tell me how to make a pcs file from a pac file? i can convert pcs to pac using a simple program but it wont let me do it the other way around.

    Download a the PAC. for the character u want then replace the textures

    what? i know how to put textures in the game. i have some pac files for textures but they dont have the pcs. how can i make a pcs for them using the pac?
