I have an idea for a very useful program. Seeing as brawl has no official measumerment thing for psa, here's what the program would do, an example:

Graphic ID: 30
Size: 1
X offset: 5
Y offset: 3
X rotation: 0
Y rotation: 0
Generate Hitbox: Yes

The program would than proceed to make an accurate matching hitbox for the graphic. Graphics and hitboxes are hard to match up, so this would be a very useful program. It would take a bit of research and someone with a fair amount of programming knowledge to do it, but it sure would be useful.
Someone model hack in Maka from Soul Eater (with Soul as the scythe) into Brawl when model hacks come out and you will become king of the world.

I'm thinking that if something like this is made, it should have a picture of every effect and a side-by-side comparison to Mario to get a concept of the size. Hitboxes should also be made visible.

Yeah.  It would also be very cool for positioning if you could just drag and drop on said picture of Mario and it would give you the offsets you need.  :kdance:

i would love to have this program. matching hitboxes to graphics really annoys me

I especially hate how you don't know if a hitbox is really far away, or really close and too small if you can't hit an opponent. It should be way easier.
