Game freezes each time I try to customize CSS

I followed this guide exactly:

and each time I try to get to the menu the game freezes.  It also freezes when I try making a custom organized menu and when I try to customize the character portrait, can anyone help?

And yes, I do have the CSS fix code set, Im not sure why it still freezes

make the CSP in CMPR format
