would anyone be kind enough to answer my question: how do i make fire coming from someones hand, blade, etc like enslaved lucas? also how do i change pikachus down-special to be ice and have the ice effect?

Well, if you want a character to have effects on bones

in the gfx

set loop #
   graphic effect (on the bone you want)
   graphic effect (on the bone you want)
   synchuous timer #
    loop rest
execute loop
