importing pmd files into brawl box

hey i recently got my hands on some stage models but they are in pmd format and when i try to import them into brawl box i get the message Access to the path C:\dddd\dddd\dddd\ddd.pmd is denied can someone explain to me what went wrong and how i can fix it?
