Help!! Two MotionEtc files in the same directory.

I have a Raichu that needs a MotionEtc file for the size mod.

And I have a Knuckles that also needs a MotionEtc file to function.

I can't put both MotionEtc files in the same directory on my SD card - windows complains that both files are named exactly the same!

Can I only use one MotionEtc file per character?

Any enlightenment would sure help!!!
