I have import (thanks Brawlbox v0.65b) Deviljho Model included the Animation.
But how i can do it over Charizard?

Can you be more specific?
Cause I have no idea what youre saying,except the charizard part.

I mean i have copy the Model and the Animation from the Game (Monster Hunter Tri).
The problem is how i can put it over Charizard

You need a 3dsmax to do some bone rigging.
