    I believe KJP deleted it along with about 80% of his vault a year back, he might still have it on his Mediafire though. Send him a PM asking for the PSA and link his old thread so he remembers the exact PSA.

    That's exactly what I did first before I posted this. I should have mentioned it. KJP said he no longer has the file on mediafire, so I though someone else may have it.
