    So I was wondering is it possible to convert rel files from NTSC-U to PAL. And I mean character rels stage rels I know how to make myself.

    you can't port NTCS-U rel to PAL, there is so much between them so it would be impossible.

    easiest is to use a PAL rel at the beginning
