Rel's make my Wii freeze

Hey guys.
I started to download some nice stages last time,and i found the Jhen Mohran.Made for Final Destination,and for PictoChat with replacing the .rel.So,i started to create all banners,pictures and logos that i need for sss.
But,i tested,clicked on the stage,and it froze my wii...
I can play normal custom stages,if i don't need to replace the original .rel,but everytime,i replace sth. in module,it will make my wii freeze.
SSBB: Pal,German.
Is there an option that i need to change in teh usb-loader,or any other fix?

Btw: I don't use Riivolution,i replace files in my iso

It's because most of the rel files on the vault are NTSC-U they will freeze on a PAL wii. Sorry like I do you gotta use without rels or make them yourself.

I already treid with a rel-editor to switch,dont worked.
Other possibilities to make it by myself?

did you used PAL version rel? o.o

I solved the problem:
In my folder there are STGPICTOCHAT and STGPICTICHAT_de. I used my FD.rel right,but forgot to replace all .pacs of PictoChat (de,en...) so,k,Thank you for answers
