Tutorial for setting up modding in Pal?

[theeruptor96]

I recently watched this to find out how to hack/mod SSBB How to hack/mod Super Smash Bros Brawl Character Textures (and character thumbnails) and it looks all good but it's not for "European Games" So I assume he meant PAL copies could someone direct me to somewhere where I can find out how to mod the PAL copy of SSBB?

-Thanks

The US's game code for Brawl is RSBE01. PAL's is RSBP01.
Basically, if it says "RSBE01", put "RSBP01" for your region.
