Need help with USA .rel while on PAL version

[Sif]

Hello, as the title says I have downloaded several characters on this website which contains the .rel files. Although it freezes on me since I know that the .rel files are made for the USA version. Does anybody know how I manually change or modify the .rel file so it will work on the PAL edition?  :kdance:

Thanks in advance.
