Character Select Screen question

Hi, first of, wanted to say that the work posted on this site is amazing, and defenitly an improvement to Brawl.

Now, back to the subject, In a lot of video's/pictures, etc. people have this expaneded character select screen (Charizard,Ivysaur,Squirtle/Alloys etc.)

Now I read this was some sort of AR code? So I tried applying that but didn't get it to work. Is there a diffrent method to change the character selection screen?

I use Wiiscrubber by the way
