Any expert on Menu Hacks?

Well, most menu hacks I've seen only have one image to replace.
But I resently saw the Color Changing Menu.
I would like to have a Halo background on my menu, but moving like the Color Changing one.
How can I do that?
Before someone attacks me:
No, I won't say/accept the term "American" to refer exclusively to people or things from the United States.
America is a continent and deal with it.
I'm an American, but not necessarily from the U.S.
