Help in Porting Rel Jigglypuff Over Samus

Can anyone help me out with making Aqua PSA ( Purin) over Samus.

I know that Jigglypuff was the first one to port  any characters using normal rels.

 However, there's none for Plug & Play rel which is why I'm using normal rel on HXD.
I know which ID to replace for character and module but the problem is I don't know the offset for Purin.
Or rather I tried these offset, but I'm unsure if this is the right one because when I select samus on css, it froze.

Thanks, it actually works now except that  she goes T-Stance whenever I press B buttons, Special or some A combos
