Not sure if this is the right place to be posting this at, but I'm needing some help. For modding my SSBB game, I've been using Wii Scrubber, reason is because my copy is too badly scratched to be read and my friend helped me burn a copy. For those of you who have used Wii Scrubber before, you know changing a single can take forever to do, and even longer if it's like Pokemon Trainer. I was wondering if there's a program which can help speed up the process.

I don't think so. Maybe replacing the file manually with HxD is faster, but I don't recommend it.

WinImage. This helps a lot by using a virtual SD Card so you don't have to replace files on the ISO.

This works with vBrawl as well.

you can also use partition builder and wii scrubber to speed up the process (easy) or use the MKW WIIMM's iso compiler for a more stable iso patching (harder)
