It's technically not possible. This is constantly asked for by countless people. All it is is Sonic with a Shadow moveset and Sonic and his moveset switched over someone else. It doesn't really work.

Sonic may look fine when standing and running but when jumping and attack he looks glitchy and his specials won't work.

I kinda thought that it would be glitchy, but I would use it mostly for pictures
So, how exactly do I do this

Port the models and texture to another character and rename their FitMotion.pac to the new character. You would also need to rename the moveset to match the character that you ported to.

And completely re-work the PSA so it'll work.

ya cant do it, if psa was on then sonic would become shadow too. the closest thing i ca think of is if u didnt get a texture for FitSonic00, he would at least look like him but the moves would be shadow

No it's as simple as porting the texture,PSA and animations onto another character without causing the game to freeze. However afterwards someone would have to do a lot of PSA editing for the character to work right.
