Unused Trophies?

I have just found out about the unused but implemented trophies in Brawl and I was wondering if there was a way to get them in your game?

I've seen people have in videos and I saw one or two texture hacks for some of them here too, so I know they are obtainable and complete.

Just replace them over a normal trophy.
Some of the alternate poses for characters freeze the game.
