Removing a character from RANDOM

I'm trying to get rid of R.O.B. because he crashes my game for no reason. I removed his slot on the CSS, but I don't know how to get rid of the fact that he can still get selected via RANDOM. Does anybody know how to solve this issue?

Rather than mess with the Random button, you could just go to your SD card, and in fighter->robot, delete all the files there.(You said it crashes; no point in keeping the files if he just crashes.)

If the RANDOM icon loads R.O.B., what will happen if I delete his files? He'll crash the game!

not if you remove them from your sd card....

Just trust me here... whenever I select R.O.B., and the match starts off all normal. Until about 10 seconds into the match, the game will suddenly crash. It doesn't matter what character, stage or items I chose, if R.O.B. is there, the game crashes. I need to know how to remove him from the RANDOM icon. For Good.

no. we are saying. take his files off your sd card. they will be read from the disc. it wont freeze

remove the rel. because there is no reason that it shoudl freeze

I have no .rel on my SD card for R.O.B.

In the CSS config of brawl EX, remove him from the CSS and you can click the random tab and remove him from there.
