Item Importing: Have You Had This Problem Before?

Ok, I made a pack of items. It worked fine, no freeze or anything, common3 is even UNDER the file-size limit (4.79MB). I tried to add a dragoon mod... and tried it again it wouldn't load past the stupid strap waring. I say fair enough. and change the dragoon back. Then this BS happens. The file is STILL under the file-size limit. It is EXACTLY the same as it was when it worked. It loads past the strap warning, then if you try to brawl you can't continue past the css to the sss. also if you go to training, you can go to sss but when you try to spawn an item you hear that beep that means "CAN NOT SELECT". the file is exactly the same, it should work.

Has anyone ever run into this or something similar? I need help. How do I fix this? what is or could be the problem?

I have been driving my self to the edge of insanity (i have a feeling it wouldn't be as hard if i could figure out how to
load an sd hack on dolphin -.-) Any and all who help me make progress with this will will be
mentioned in my packs credits.

Here are a list of Items in the pack, If you have known any
of these to be buggy please let me know. Some you may
not recognize, that is because I made them myself,
I was planning to release them when this worked.
