seriously, how do i get an sd hack onto dolphin???!!?!?!?!

Ive searched everywhere, and looked at all the tutorials, all the explanations have something wrong with them. either its an old version of dolphin, they are using a usb, its not using gecko, the link is broken, its in another language, or the setup is different because its project m.   :>.>palm:

I just want to be able to test out mods without waiting 5 minutes for everything to get set up, just to find out that something is wrong and I have to try again. Those minutes SERIOUSLY add up after a while.

Even though it says Project M, it still works for vBrawl. It also has updated annotations for recent Dolphin versions.
