I Need Help With Brawl Hacking!!!

I'm new to brawl hacking and I just recently installed homebrew and USB Loader GX on my wii. My brawl disc broke so I have to use a downloaded brawl. How do I get hacks on a downloaded brawl (Like skins and such) Im new to all this like I said and I can't really wrap my head around all this stuff. I need simple answers, please!

Download Wii Scrubber from the Resources Section of kc-mm., run WIIScrubber.exe, open the ISO of Brawl, and then hold the enter key(Those warnings are supposed to appear) until it lists some items in the box in the middle-ish of the program. Then look for the text that says "fighter" in Data 2(Or whatever it's called; in any case, it's the second one, not the first), and when you see "+fighter"(Hint: Don't click on the plus), the segment that you are in is the equivalent of the "pf" that's talked about in most tutorials. For example, if the tutorial said the location were "private/wii/app/RSBE01/pf/fighter/link/FitLink00.pac", in WIIScrubber.exe, it would be(starting from where I said above) "fighter->link->FitLink00.pac". There's no save button in the program; instead, right-click and hit replace, then hold down enter again and then exit. You now have the file replaced!

Do note, though, that this only works for files that would ordinarily be in the same location.(e.g. Gecko codes, I have no clue how to use in Dolphin, as those codes are not anywhere in the Brawl ISO) It also is an extremely slow way to do it, as you have to replace each individual file, so I'd recommend replacing only the .pcs's for the skins, since it's 99.9% likely that you'll more often use those than the .pacs, since the .pacs are only for the Subspace Emmissary.
