PAL File Patch Code for SDHC?

[Samic8485]

I want to hack my disk of SSBB for Wii to add custom characters, but I have the PAL version with a SDHC. I know that you need a FPC to use Brawl hacks, but I can't find a PAL SDHC FPC. If anyone has the code or a download for the code, please post it here.
