stagetexture isnt working

hey there r actualy 2 textures that arent working. one of em isnt just a texture tho. the first is Black Masa for snakes stage. The file is called STGMETALGEAR_00 is this the wrong name for the stage? and the other one is a entirly new stage for the fire emblem stage. the file for that 1 is STGEMBLEM_02 but that one freezes instead of just not working.so whats wrong?

Do you have them over the right versions of those stages? What I mean is, are you sure Black Masa isn't supposed to go over Metalgear_01/02 and that the Fire Emblem one isn't supposed to go over Emblem_01/03. Also, is the Fire Emblem stage 3 parts like the original, does it just replace one part or is it totally different? If it's the last, you may have to use a rel to put it over another, non-changing stage.
