Best way to remove Sandbag from WiFi Waiting Room?

Right now I'm using a code that turns it into a star, but it does damage when you touch it (only once though) and I'm too OCD to have that nonsense going on in mah brawl. This is the code:

Does anyone know if I can modify this to spawn, say, a coin or something. Also, I've heard you can replace the ItemMelee002Gen with the one from Final Destination, but they have different names. Can I just replace it to whatever WFWR has and have it work? Or is there another better way entirely?
