If you just want to replace the texture from one to another you have to right click the TextureData[0] and export if from one then replace the other one.

To edit them expand the drop down for the TextureData[0] and right click and export the texture. Use any of the image editors found here to edit the textures. Gimp and paint.net are free at least. You would just have to learn to use them.

Its probably best to use a better program like photoshop as it supports more formats
