Bin-Jpeg converter problem

No this is not me asking for a converter, it is a problem with the converter i have, sometimes when i try to convert a .bin file, it says
JPEG error #58.
so im just curious wtf does that mean, and y wont it open up my .bin file?

It means you should use this instead.
